I'm not experienced with multi-router setups, but I did check arp -a (saw no indication of another router), and I also tried tracert to 8.8.8. The BGW210-700 Broadband Gateway delivers robust video, primary line telephony and high-speed data over broadband networks via high-speed Internet connectivity. So I log in and check the gateway, and lo and behold, it is the same gateway. I get the credentials to login during my attempt to troubleshoot, but I'm taken aback when I find it's the same as the one I'm troubleshooting.
